As I was growing up, I've always heard certain people use the phrase of " No Good Deed Goes Unpunished " when making reference to something that backfired as a result of a positive action. Now-a-day, in the age of extreme thirst for fame, and the era of the narcissist, favorable deeds are displayed and blasted all over the web all in the name of clout.  In the beginning, it was reality television that had people going to the extremes for recognition and fame. On any day, one could hit a blog or tabloid, and find paparazzi following infamous people like Jon Gosselin, Snooki, Farrah Abraham, Nene Leakes and many other z-list " celebrities "without substantial cause. Whether they called Paparazzi on themselves, or they were staked out, many of us found it amusing and entertaining on a low-scale. At the start of my morning today, I was a ball of energy, motivated for the day and ready for work, so I got busy with a project that I haven't touched in over a year ( another story in itself. ) Without a doubt, I was in a good mood. I felt a sense of inspiration and calmness that I haven't felt in a very long time, and it was truly unexplainable. I figured that I was in bliss and in seven heaven because I actually started working on a project that I once put my heart and soul into so I didn't give it much thought. I was in a great mood after all lol. At some point, I felt an atmospheric shift as well as a change within my own tone and flow. I begun to feel drained - still inspired  but  I felt slightly tired.
