Rape by way of Society

Let's start here. RAPE: unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception. Deception and PROPAGANDA are forms of rape as well - something that we rarely hear about. Deception, and Propaganda are two products of manipulation. This occurs when a person or an entity have an hidden agenda, whether it be personal, business, spiritual, or on a grander scale. Not all rape is sexual. What about mental rape? Every person on Earth has been mentally raped at some point or another. If you own a television, phone, computer, or any media device - you've been a victim as well. Furthermore, if you live under any ruling agency, more than likely you've been force-fed a service, product, or an agenda without a doubt.

With all due respect to the Lgbtq communities across the globe, the Love-is-love movement have been used as a tool of manipulation and control. Over the past week, singer Ginuwine has been scrutinized and called a homophobic simply because he refused to kiss a transger woman on national television. This is rape by way of society - no more and no less.

Equality is supposed to be for all people of all sex, race, creed, religion etc. Moreover, one's personal preference doesn't take away from another person’s rights or liberty. No person should never have to compromise their preferences or dignity. For instance, if Ginuwine was the person offering the kiss but to a woman and NOT a transgered-woman, there would be accusations of inappropriate misconduct and maybe even a lawsuit. Love is love, but love isn't love when one has to compromise their truth and essence.

Rape by way of society can be just as damaging as rape by intercourse - if not worse. It leaves us with scars that can take years and years of mental therapy and spiritual healing to fix, and the post traumatic syndrome that follows years down the line sometimes gives birth to great issues such as homicide and suicide. YES IT'S THAT DEEP. No means no regardless to what the question was, and no person person should undergo full persecution for their preferences. Mental warfare is rape, and as a whole society, we must respect our individual differences and preferences, otherwise this will lead to more prejudice way of life for all, discrimination, suicide, and mass killings.
